Pietro Laureano Awarded the “Təməl – Architectural Project of the Year 2025” Prize in Azerbaijan

Pietro Laureano has been awarded the First Degree Diploma of the prestigious Azerbaijani national prize “Təməl – Architectural Project of the Year 2025”, in the category:

“Restoration and Reconstruction of Buildings”

The recognition was granted for the project “Sadiqcanın Evi” (House of Sadiqcan), carried out by the company IPOGEA and selected among the best architectural works of the year. The award, established by the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, honors design excellence, innovation, and the quality of interventions in the fields of architecture and restoration. The awarded project represents an intervention of high cultural and symbolic value, aimed at safeguarding and enhancing architectural heritage, while respecting the historical identity and memory of the place. The official ceremony took place in Baku on 27 February 2026, in the presence of institutional authorities, leading representatives of the architectural community, and national media. This international recognition confirms the commitment of Pietro Laureano and IPOGEA to promoting sustainable architecture capable of combining restoration, innovation, and the enhancement of cultural identities.
